Vision Board:

Vision boards are just as simple as it sounds, a board with visual representations of goals and aspirations. Vision boards serve as great reminders that help us stay on track and focused on our goals. Pro tip: Put it right next to your bed so it is the first thing you see when you wake up in the morning!






SMART Goals:

Use this helpful acronym to guide you in setting specific goals.




Envisioning:

Envisioning your goals is a great way to stay focused on what you want to accomplish. You are able to see in your mind what you want to happen. It is the perfect combo to get your mind and body to connect, therefore, one step closer to being successful.




Journaling:

Let's be honest, there are many times our minds are running 100 mph and that can be overwhelming. Writing down your thoughts, feelings, goals is a great method to use in order to organize ideas and useful resource to refer back to when you can't remember what it was you were thinking and it helps you notice patterns, decrease stress and help with ruminating thoughts. Writing thoughts out can help declutter your mind for clarity.
