We often tend to cater to our physical health for many reasons; it might be easier to attain, there's more readily available resources, and lastly, because the results can be physically seen. -How You Talk to Yourself

This may seem silly or awkward to do but it makes a huge difference! Choose what you tell yourself wisely, speak to yourself kindly, and with positivity. (say something about affirmations) Something so small can make the world of a difference.

-Podcasts

Let's be honest, often life can be busy and hectic. Sometimes there isn't time to pick up a book to sit down and read. Thankfully there's podcasts! Podcasts are great to play while riding in the car, doing stuff around the house or even while working out! We have so many we love but here are a few you should check out:

-Therapy

This can be scary to try out, but believe us when we say the results will be worth it. There are many options for therapy. You can see a therapist in person, virtually, and the prices vary. Here are some resources for therapists near you:

-Meditation

Take the time to use mindfulness and focus on your breathing. Meditating has many benefits including, clearing your mind and calming your emotions. This means to focus on your breathing. Youtube and podcasts has videos and audio that will help guide you along to make sure your breathing and meditation is effective.

-Social Media Breaks

Social media can be so entertaining but too much of it can be detrimental to your mental health. Limit your time on social media and give yourself breaks. Turning off your notifications is a great way to help limit your time on social media.

All these tips are great ways to take care of your mental health. Please do not try to do these all at once. The best way to sustain a healthy lifestyle is by doing it in moderation. Small habits turn into big changes. (add quote chris has)
